The very first Kimtpon-branded hotel in New York City is located in the prestigious residential district of Murray Hill. The hotel consists of a bar & restaurant, banquet rooms, penthouse suites, and a living room-like lobby. The guest rooms are completely refurbished with the décor as designed by Jeffrey Bilhuber & Associates. Amenities included flat screen TV in each of the guest rooms, a fireplace in the lobby, and oversized spa bathroom in selected guest suites. The result of this complete "make over" provides guests with the experience that echoes the lifestyle of NYC. (Role: Completed as Project Architect while at Gensler)
